Things are getting bad

Well here I am again, I feel awful, my mouth has a horrible taste and my tummy doesnt feel too good.  I had a sickness bug on Monday but that has cleared.  I now dont have much of an appetite but am eating rubbish all the tiime and drinking coffee and diet coke.  Last week I felt great I did a detox using an Aloe Vera product but this week I have undone all the good it did.  My teath are so sharp and broken because I have been grinding them so much and now my gum is sore, but I am not sure if this is because I dont have any teeth there so everything I eat touches my gum I just cant stop worrying does anyone else have problems with their mouth.  Can being anxious make your tummy feel upset and have aches and pains and rapid heart beat.  Please help me.x

Sorry to hear your feeling rotten but to answer your question yes anxiety can cause symptoms anywhere in your body and in particular the part of your body your focusing on

However, you said you have been eating junk and drinking diet coke, this can also cause an adverse effect on your stomach especially if it's sensitive after a tummy bug

Have some tea & toast and buy some bio yogurt and see if that eases things

Try not to worry about it things will settle

Yes Jean anxiety can manifest itself anywhere in your body, any symptom we tend to get what we focus on.

Saying that if you've had a stomach bug you may be a bit dehydrated so keep the fluids up but I would try and lay off the diet coke at least until your stomach settles

Hope this has helped and hope your feeling better soon x

YES YEs YES!! Anxiety can create sysmptoms anywhere in your body. Especially after eating. just give it some times, and please avoid drinking coffee and coke. THese are the worst in your case. Try eating some healthy food. Starch are really great. Try eating sweet potatoes it can give you energy and help your stomach problems alleviate. I hope you get better soon, Symptoms go and come but they are doomed to go. So just wait,

I get so many symptoms from anxiety, then I worry if it is anxiety or something serious. I get dry mouth and a lot of pain in my body and teeth. I was actually talking about this last night to my boyfriend.I have a phobia of the dentist so when my teeth ache or something, I panick even more. I think with the eating thing is to take it day by day. I have bad days with food and good days too. I am told it is better to eat something small every 3 to 4 hours to stop binging or bad eating habits.

Try taking a few deep breaths every time you feel very anxious. Focus on the breath going into your nostrils and then out again. When you breath, breath from your tummy not your lungs. It does help one calm down. I hope you feel better soon and am sorry to hear you are suffering so.
