I’ve had this belly ache for 4 days now can ibs cause tummy discomfort sometimes feels like period pain but I’m not in period cane off 2 days ago

    Im not sure what it is i have irritable bowel syndrome and a hiatal hernia witch makes me sick to my stomach it hurts so bad that I want to cry

    Stomach pain that moves about and is similar to period pain is a major IBS symptom.  However, you would also be experiencing bowel habit change for it to be IBS.  Wait a week and if no better after this point, see your doctor.

      I’ve had colonoscopy which was clear but still get sort of constipation well it’s hard but I still go a lot somedays just didn’t know If period like pains can be ibs c

      My IBS started just before my period so initially I ddn’t know what it was until I was diagnosed three and a galf months later.
