noticed a small bump after shaving recently, and been monitoring it for a couple weeks. im not seeing any more. last pic is the most recent, while first two are right after i noticed. I am sexually active

That looks normal to me like in ingrown hair man i really wouldn't worry if its a single bump. Just monitor it and if they start multiplying or you experience other symptoms see a doctor

Pat is right....and never shave the penis just trim it. that skin is too volatile for a straight blade.
