I have bone problems in spine recently had two broken bones, doctor suggested taking Alendronic and said I should read up about it to decide. Anyone has experienced any bad effects? Are there any alternatives besides good diet and I'm taking Calcechew Dforte been taking for many years now as I am ceoliac s well.
