Third day on sertraline 50mg feel awful!

3rd day on sertraline and i'm feeling pretty awful, really bad headache, weak, so tired but cant sleep is this normal??

    really normal, along with a stomach ache and teeth grinding. It went for me after about a week or so

    hi yes it is normal just your body adapting to your medication the side effects will pass once in your system.

      Thanks for reply.. first time that i have ever took meds for my anxiety so its all new to me x

    All normal, just keep pushing forward it'll subside.
