This appeared right after masterbating, it has been 2 days and seems to gotten smaller. Could this been caused by friction and the sex lubricant I used? After finishing I used a wet wipe to get the lubricant, but still felt the lubricant residue on my penis. I havent been sexually active in 4+ years.
