This FIXED my long term insomnia

I had been suffering from insomnia for about 15 years (from a few bouts of losing sleep to getting worse over the years). Finally I found a solution and fixed my insomnia. Over a month now, I am able to fall asleep quickly and wake up at sunlight with decent sleeping quality EVERY night. I am very happy and grateful, so I want to share with all of you who also have this problem.

This is a non-drug method, it costs nothing. It's a very simple exercise, called ROOSTER STANDING (single leg standing) with CLOSED EYES (RSCE). Closed eyes is actually the key for this method. If you google it (single leg standing with closed eyes), you may find it as a test used in some medical study where it is found that it has a strong correlation with life span.

There are a couple of reasons why RSCE works for insomnia. First, it improves your blood circulation, especially guiding more blood to your feet and reducing the blood in your head, such that your brain is cooled down. Secondly, it is a powerful form of meditation. To hold RSCE, you have to focus, so your mind is freed. Third, to hold RSCE longer, you have to relax your whole body. This is actually quite interesting as if you try hard to hold the balance, you actually lose the balance quickly. On the contrary, if you relax, and let the body coordinate itself, the balance is achieved easier.

For me, it takes about one week of RSCE practice to completely cure my long term insomnia. I do have one year of practice of other form of relaxation and meditation, they do help, but I believe RSCE is a lot more effective and powerful.

    I will also like to try this way..how often this exercise be done in day for how long n you could see results after week ?

      I do this about 3 times per day, each time about 5-10 minutes. So it took me about one week of practice to see the result as I said maybe because I have about one year of other form of exercise. Everyone is different, so you may see some results faster or longer.

      I would say this is certainly NOT a quick fix for insomnia. Often time insomnia is an accumulation of long term issues. So it also takes time to let the body correct itself.

      But this is a better way than pills, which may not have lasting effect and may have side effects.

      While RSCE not only works for insomnia, but it also works for many other health issues, like high blood pressure.
