This is a MIRACLE!!!!

First of all I put this under Muscle Disorders. Maybe after you read it you can tell me which category this should be in.

I am one of the least active people there is. I am so inactive I feel like I should get bed sores. Well anyway a neighbor wanted some concrete broken out of a basement and then loaded on a trailer. Well it took me 6 hours of BACK BREAKING work. I had to break the concrete out with a jack hammer. Then bend down and pick up the pieces. Load them into a 5 gallon bucket. The bucket weighed between 30 and 60 pounds. Walk 10 feet carrying the bucket, step up onto a two foot wall carrying the bucket and then walk a few more feet and throw the stuff in the bucket over a trailer wall. My lower back was KILLING me. My legs were KILLING me. I knew that I was not going to be able to get out of bed or walk for at least a few days. Here it is 3 days later and no PAIN WHAT SO EVER!!!. I am in complete shock and awe. I am 49 years old and NEVER in my life have I been able to do something like that and not be sore as hell. This is truly some kind of miracle and someone needs to come and investigate. I did a small workout a couple of weeks ago. It was nothing but it should have made me sore. And that didn't either. So something miraculous is going on. I could see MAYBE the small workout not making me sore but this hard work I did. NO FREAKING WAY!!!

Hi Grayson maybe you are fitter than you think you are, well done you but what you need to do is you need to keep it up as your body needs it and you will find you feel much better for it

Thanks but I have worked out on and off my whole life and there is NO WAY I shouldn't be bed ridden with muscle pain.  It's one of the craziest things I have ever experienced. And I have experienced a LOT!!
