This is bad

I'll try to keep this short and to the point. I had protected sex with someone in early February and two weeks later, my penis was a mess. First of all a bump just appeared on my dick out of no where. I panicked and cut it off(stupid move). It grew back and now looks all weird. It was a smooth bump and now it looks all cut up(rightfully so). Also a bunch of small white bumps appeared. They don't itch, they don't do anything. Some are in clusters, some aren't. I'm like freaked out by going to get checked. My job depends on my health and I don't know what I'm going to do. Like I said the sex was completely protected and I don't understand why this is happening.imageimage
