Hi I have 3 kids 1 has been diagnosed with svt and 1 has the symptoms my oldest dosent have this thankfully but the one they claim doesn't have it her heart will speed up when she is doing nothing or sleeping and Everytime I get her to the ER it stops they put her on a 24 hour heart monitor they didn't get the right readings I told them my son's wasn't detected until they put him on a 3 month heart monitor I am seriously worried for her life any suggestions would be helpful I'm at my wit's end please help.

    Sorry about your child. Svt is not dangerous Per my cardiologist so I wouldn’t panic. It’s hard though. It scares me to death. I would find a cardiologist that will work with you. I had to change 3 times before I found one. Good luck

    Hi. I had about 20 visits to my Dr, ECGCs etc before I had a diagnosis. I knew something was wrong but of course, every time I saw the Dr or at the hospital, nothing was found. Don’t give up. Keep hounding the Drs, especially when an incident is occurring.
