THIS IS SO MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY PAINFUL

I honestly don't know what to do anymore, last year after I keep wiping blood after a BM I went to my GP and was diagnosed with an anal fissure and it healed after weeks and weeks of pain but there will be times I'd find spots of blood again after a few weeks of nothing and it feels like im just back to square one. This has seriously been stressing me out as I have told no one in my family about this yet, and I've also got other things like school to worry about but this has really taken over my life this past year and I hate it I hate it to death. I'm not even sure if its just an anal fissure now or a hem its just all so confusing for me. Tonight I had a painful BM as it was so hard to pass the stool, that even though I try not to strain, it was just making me feel like i really have to for it come out. Usually I only get a painful BM and spots of blood on my wet wipes when i pass a really hard stool so I try to keep my diet under watch but gosh it's honestly just so hard. on Monday I will be seeing my GP again just so I know whether this is a recurring anal fissure or haemorrhoid. I'm just really hoping this problem will be fixed soon i don't wanna be living this way.

Sorry to hear your story, I have suffered from anal fissures for about 15 years, only way to permanently get rid of is fissurrectomy, you could drastically help the symptoms by using nifidipin ointment...but it's a 12 week deal....

Also you can try this diet to ease the pain.

    Morning, have branflakes with blackberries.

Afternoon, have melon, watermelon very good.

Nitetime, have chicken or fish with steamed vegetables.

With plenty of water throughout the day.

If you need snack have popcorn, dates, prunes or any types of fruits. It may help you symptoms alot, the things with fissures there very hard to heal because of the scar tissue, with a fissurerectomy surgeon gives fissure new flesh to heal on...

Good Luck... I truly understand the pain and frustration you are going through.....

I'm so sorry to read your post and I feel your pain. I had serious hemorrhoid for 14 years and recently "heal". (No pain, no swell, no blood).

It is very mentally disturbed and pain. I've tried so many things including whatever pill online but no use. I gave up because I have no time to deal with it. Tolerate the pain became daily business.

I moved to this house in March this year with an intension to eat healthy with my 14 year old daughter. I starting to juice, green juice, fruit juice, basically whatever I found in the fridge. I also use blender. I just Drink so much more. I think it's the green juice and liquid heal my hemorrhoid. So, I know that works. So my dear, you need to change your eating habits. Lots of fluid. Avoid fast food especially deep fried and spicy.

I know these changes will take time. But gotta star from somewhere. I will avoid surgery as I hear no good news but pain and side effect.

I always have a small bag of nuts with me whenever I'm hungry.

Apple cidar vinegar also works. You can mix with honey but I just usually just spoon it to make it quick and water after. I took 2 table spoon first in the morning empty stomach before water. Make sure it's organic apple cider vinegar unfiltered with mother. If it works, you will feel the stool passes good within the same day. But don't slow down. This is the beginning of healing. You need to continue with it and find your best eating habits for you. These are my findings in the past 14 years and I'm just glad that it's over. No meds no doctor no surgery. I really watch everything I eat until it works. Now, it's 4 months and I started to let myself have commercial pizza. I have pizza few days on a row and one day I found uneasy and starting to worry. So I stop pizza and it was ok. So, I know, I can eat pizza and deep fried now but just don't over it. One or twice on a row is OK but need balance diet. Making green juice is a big help and I mix fruit in to taste good. I know being a student dealing with crazy schedule. If I were you, I start with the vinegar in the morning and bring an apple and some nuts with you. A little bottle of water too. I'm in the office and always drink green tea now. I kept a box of green tea bag. Stay away from caffeine, sugar soda for now. Once you heal, you can slowly add back. (But then why? You will be proud to eat healthy and feel good).

Best of luck. I'm waiting to hear your good news.
