This is super weird. Could it be herpes?

Hi guys please assist so on the 12 of Nov, I shaved down there and had unprotected sex with this new guy I’ve been seeing. I spent an entire week at his place from then and everyday we would have rough sex and he was quite big, there wasn’t much lubrication.

We then used this other lube but I felt it dried me up and irritated me so we stopped using it on the 3rd day. I started feeling pain but I thought it was cause of the rough sex so when we had sex on the 4th day, I told him to stop, but I was okay again on the 5th day.

We had sex again on the 18th and on the 19th I felt some pain again by my vagina. So then I decided to check what was going on and I had all these small ulcers on my outer labia and by my perinum.

They don’t burn when I Pee, or get water on them. I actually feel more at ease when I soak in the bath. no flu symptoms or unusual discharge, they are just sore when I touch them or wipe. See first picture, this was at their worst.

Then I saw the doc, he told me he suspected herpes and obviously I’m freaking out. He told me I have to come back for blood tests and gave me pills for herpes and bacterial infection. After about a week I was okay, there was no crusting with the healing, the fleshy open wounds just closed but left scars. See first picture this was at their worst:

    Hey there.

it's always hard to tell, but in my personal opinion, that looks like a herpes outbreak. I'm hoping you get answers from your doc soon!
