    Yes Kaz, very true. At the end of my assessment yesterday the nurse asked me if I get better days, I answered "No, that is me all the time unless I get a bad day, then it's worse and I may not even be able to get out of bed" rolleyes

      We all want to have better days, but most of our days jus keep rolling into one. It takes all our strength energy just to get out of bed, and thats if were able to do that. One day at a time and baby steps . easier said than done but try not to stress worry as it only makes our condition10x worse. battle on onwards upwards we go. united we must stand. as devided we will fall. just do what feels right for you and be kind to yourself. gentle hug coming to you x

    I can definitely relate to this and being stressed just makes it so much worse 😟

      Yes Lisa, doesn't it just. We have to somehow de-stress our lives, but it's not an easy thing to do rolleyes

      stress worry makes our condition 10x worse, I find Im never free from stress worry its a vicious circle that just gors round and round like a merry go round. gentle hugs xx
