      I think we all must use the same dating agency - mine persisted in wrestling my arm til it froze up - I shall definitely cross him off my 'to do' list :-)

      Hiya all..now don't go getting jealous, my date turned up about 10 pm last night and left at 8.00 am...- lol10 hours...mmm..luv it..:-) xxx

      morning so pleased for you that you  managed to get four hours sleep, I think christine is going for a world record bless herlol. I had 1hrs sleep thats the downside on the upside a part from a bit of tingling numbness in my right leg, Ive no pain. so Im happy about that. I am thinking of morphing myself into christine then I can get some shut eye? its cloudy at the moment where I live, Im hopeing the sun will come out. hope you have a lovely day take care gentle hugsmile

      So pleased that you have little or almost no pain this morning, that must be lovely! The usual suspects causing trouble here - knees, wrists, shoulders, neck, hips and back- with a headache and tinnitus thrown in for good measure! Main problem is stiffness in the morning, so I will have to roll out of bed in a moment and start moving rolleyes. Never mind, it could be worse I keep telling myself! Onward and upward! And now the sun is in hiding too, hope that is only temporary!! Take care!  Gentle hugs(())

      Not much sleep last night. Had a busy evening last night with my mum and dad. Also had my in-laws pop-over.....had 13 people in total. It was a nice evening but my pains are bad today.

      Going to go with the flow today and hopefully have a good day. wink x

      Morning Bee So glad you had a good time with your family and inlaws, it helps to take our mind off mr fibro.I bet your shattered today hun not much sleep and your buisy but enjoyable evening. so sorry your in so much pain I would try rest up a bit today if you possibly can.I had 1hr sleep? I was up down with charlie he couldnt settle his wounds were irritating him its breaking my heart how he is. I ve got numbness in my right leg and pins needles in my leg right foot. At the moment I have no pain which is good as normally Im never pain free. all we can do is take each each day as it comes and as you say go with the flow take care gentle hug hope you do have a good daysmile

      I really feel for you ladies that can't get the sleep they need..it must be just horrid...I had another 9 hrs last night....off to church and lunch..that's my day nearly over..Do hope you all manage to get some decent sleep tonight..it's..Sunday 8.50am here and it going to be 15degrees Celsius...just 

      a lovely day..hope there is no wind though..have a lovely day today..be blessed..:-) xxxx
