This is why I dont think it is anxiety

This site is wonderful and really some amazing people on here.

I just do not feel my symptoms are anxiety related. So many people come on this site and say that their symptoms are racing heart, shortness of breath, dizziness, tingling, chest pains or other pains etc... These are all classic signs of anxiety and I would agree the above symptoms are 100% anxiety related once been diagnosed by a doctor that their is nothing serious.

However my symptoms are miles different to anyone else. Mine are:

Deja vu

Weird vision like dreamlike sensations

weird memory/dream flashbacks randomly

uncomfortable feeling in abdomen when I feel panic

hot/cold flashes through body when these symptoms wash over me

and more strange symptoms

i know how exactly how you feel i suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, the heart pains dizziness racing heart and no matter how many times the doctor has reassured me im ok i still find something wrong. as for the deja vu and dream like trance a friend of mines get that she also faints after her dreamlike state. As you can tell you are not alone there is lots off people experiencing the same thing we just have to learn to cope with it.. just remind yourself that if there were anything wrong with you the doctor would off saw it and something would off happened by now so it is all in the head. hope you feel better soon.
