this morning i stubbed my toe on a brick.. barefoot

i was walking outside in the dark today and i stubbed my toe on a brick. my toenail cracked, and my skin on my tip toe is half ripped off (on big toe). as of right now it is white. the toenail looks fine, just it has a crack in it. my skin is a pretty deep cut however, probably 2-4 millimeters. it is painful to walk and to put pressure on the toe.

i was wondering what to do with the skin, should i try to take it off? i can't get to a doctor until next week. i have put neosporin on it, and i have also taken advil. what is my timeframe looking like for it to heal?
