Now my other situation is this part of my penis its a red spot with a line of of skin peeling off. It hurts to touch as well. However i dont see any signs if genital herpes but is this the first sign ? i hope to go it isn't

its balantitis more than likley related like fungal infection thrush or something along those lines see a doctor

related to a skin infection like fungal thrush i meant to say other things can cause it to like friction ...not keeping it clean as often

dont have sex or anything like that until the skin has fully healed it will make it worse
