Thoracic Disc T3-T4 central porlapse.Taking tramadol + pregablin ?Plz help

I'm 24 years old suffring from thoric disc t3 t4 porlapse.I dont have any compression symptoms like myelopathy but pain in my upper back is unbearable.i'm suffring from 3 years .Now i'm on 150 mg pregablin daily + Tramadol 50mg once or twice a day when needed.Tramadol takes away all my pain and stress.It works like wonder.Can i take tramadol 50mg daily for longer time like 5 years or 10 years.Its only medicine that works.I have tried dulextene but it dont work. Plzz help..i'm worried about tramadol addiction .

    u can take it nav.. but taking a dose in that space of time and say for example you do get better and no longer need it. it can be terrible to get off..

    Tramadol is not a good medication but if it is working for you then stick with it weigh up what is worse the pain or the tramadol. Just watch out for the side effect but you may be lucky and be a person whom the medication suits.
