Dr Hugh Gelabert

This vascular surgeon at UCLA is the first second and third choice of surgeon I would recommend for this condition. Well worth travelling for from anywhere

Best at diagnosis.

Best at explaining.

Best surgeon in the world.

Meticulous to the extreme.

High volume operator, but  with very personal touch.

How do I know?

He operated on me twice for neurogenic TOS. Two weeks apart.

No complications. Amazing recovery.

I feel reborn.

I have my hand functions proving every day.

I have been diagnosed with TOS I have had three surgeries First rib removal and the muscle release one. However I went to the wrong doctor in the beginning. He said my problem was in my C5 and other vertebrae. I had surgery on that fit and wasted three months before I found the right doctor to help me with pain. I have a claw hand on my left and my right pinky and the finger next to a on my right hand arne numb and not functional. I am in constant pain even with gaba bent inexpensive, morphine, fentynal patches and tizana dine.
