Thought I had a yeast infection? No?

hey guys,

i have had some irritation and burning around my vulva for some time now and got a yeast test done on my period and she told me it came back negative. i had yet to actually have sex at that point and had only been with one person who had tried to take my virginity. i went off to school and now have had sex. this same issue is back however. the skin down there is raw and burns when i pee and itches when i stretch it. the discharge was white and chunky but now it is somewhat yellow. what could this be? ive been trying to get into my gyno while i was off at school.
