Thought ringworm, now unsure

I work at a veterinary hospital and we've recently had two animals come in positive for ringworm.

I've been treating for a week with OTC anti-fungal cream. I've been keeping it covered so it won't spread to other parts of me or any animals at my job.

The clear liquid occurred when I took off my band-aid after work today because my skin was burning.

Any thoughts?

Yes my first thoughts would be to get an appointment with your GP and stop self medicating, you have probably made it worse by cover with a plaster as it now looks inflamed and it could become infected.

Did you show the vet it

I would see my doctor. Better safe than sorry. It looks like it would hurt.

Go to your doctor ASAP and get proper ringworm treatment, not something OTC. That bubbling look could be an allergy to the adhesive on the band aid ,but you definitely need a proper diagnosis.
