Hi Girls, anyone get the crazy Thoughts..sometimes just while thinking I get why are you feeling happy your not well,another time death ones.then another it's not going to end and so forth let me know.

    Yes Maria.. I feel like that at times, it’s our minds playing these stupid games, and yet we can’t shake it of, a switch would be good at the side of our heads to switch of our throught at times.. we are all here and know what you mean xx

    Yes, Maria I get them too. I'll be having a lovely time out with friends and my mind will go to bad places. Like I don't deserve to be happy.

    I do. I have to force myself to stop thinking negatively. Most of the time it's when I'm overwhelmed with too much to do. Do you like coloring? the adult coloring posters get my mind off things and relax me.

    Them I'm refreshed enough to get things done.
