Three weeks of tinnitus with no apparent cause

For three weeks I've been struggling with tinnitus and other sounds associated with it in my left ear and the doctors can't identify the reason for it.

It started with what seems to be a bass sound in my left ear that goes with my heartbeat, initially lasting a few seconds when I was upright, which now turned into something more noticeable throughout the whole day (still only when I'm upright but during the worst days I can feel low vibrations even when I'm resting) and not only matching my heartbeat any more.

It quickly turned into cracking sounds (similar to those when swallowing) but happening without me doing anything, usually when I'm lying down. It's one little pop every few seconds, now happening usually in the very early morning or when I feel pressure deep in both of my ears which can happen at any time of the day.

Lastly my biggest issue is the constant ringing in my left ear which started maybe four or five days after the bass sounds. Sometimes it's so loud I have problems sleeping at night and have to wear headphones. It occasionally stops for a few minutes during the day, never at night, but it's been an ongoing problem for at least two weeks now and it's slowly driving me crazy.

I've been to my GP and after a rather basic examination I could rule out ear inflammation. After a visit to laryngologist I was told it's an issue that showed up after vaccination but it's already been three months since my last dose. They didn't find anything else and gave some nose drops for stuffed sinuses which isn't my problem. My hearing didn't get worse, instead it feels like I'm hearing more than I'm supposed to like the blood flow which I suppose is the problem here. Nevertheless the diagnosis is that it's the side effect of the vaccine and "I'm young so it should pass one day" which didn't make me feel better in the slightest. I can see that I can't just wait it out because it's not getting better on its own and I can't go to another doctor right now because of the queues.

Any other clues I can give you is that I could notice my eyesight in my left eye getting worse so I'm thinking of going to ophthalmologist next whether it's related or not (the eyesight in my left eye has generally been the same since I was 10 and I'm 26 now so maybe it's such a big change it affected my ears somehow?). I can also see that the bass in my ear doesn't happen as long as I keep moving my head slightly. I've been having headaches every few days but I can't say whether it's because this issue is making me dizzy or if it's another problem.

I appreciate any advice because I really don't know what to do any more.

edit: after checking the common causes of tinnitus nothing seems to apply to me, however a lot of past health problems I had in the past were caused by stress and anxiety but after such a long time I refuse to believe that it's just me making it all up
