Throat feels tight, no pain, low grade fever

hi,

I have this tightness in throat sometimes feel like pain under chin or pressure and low grade fever( 37.3 to 37.7). It all started 3 weeks ago. I had covid test done and its negative. 2nd week my GP over the phone prescribed Amoxicillin but it didn't help at all. I finished a week course and then GP over the phone prescribed Clarithromycin. Its my third day of using it, fever comes down in the morning but other symptoms doesn't look like improving. I am worried now what if it is something serious. They put me on queue for blood test but I lost my appetite now. Mostly get fatigue in the evenings. please I need some positive encouragement I feel like I am going in depression now.

    hi ive been experiencing the same thing my throat has been really tight and it feels numb and also all my chest feels the same their so numb that i dont even feel like its my body ive been experiencing headaches with it too im scared as i dont know what it is x
