Throat flutters and anxiety

Posted , 4 users are following.

I have anxiety and am wondering if anyone else experiences throat flutters? I don't get it very often but when I feel tensed up it happens and then I feel my pulse and it may beat a little quicker than usual or miss a beat. It frightens me.

You experience many different physical symptoms with anxiety kanga, You just get your head round one symptom and something else pops up.

These are very common with anxiety... it used to freak me out but now i just remind myself .. this is anxiety and it cannot harm me. I am in charge... might sound daft but it does help with dealing with the physical symptoms

    Hope this helps kanga

You are so right when you say that you just get your head around one symptom and something else pops up!

I need to get into your mindset and remind myself that it cannot harm me.

      Slowly but surely I hope.
