Throat looks weird, should there be worry?

Hello everyone of this community! I have reed up on many posts before but never actually wrote/commented anything myself. So here i am making a post with a worried heart.

I recently discovered that my throat looks weird, didn't want to start assuming things because we all know that it gets us nowhere. The left side on the picture looks like my tonsil somehow ripped? Not sure why but perhaps it can be a result of a visit to the dentist. Most of the time i don't notice its there but when i do, it feels like its stuck in the throat itself, it flaps and moves around lol. Now i am more worried about the small lump type of thing on the right with an arrow pointing to it. Feels like it shouldn't be there. Perhaps anyone has any idea on what it could be? And should i sign up a visit to the doctors?
