Throat red sign

Hello everyone

To get straight to the point, I would like to describe to you a condition I'm experiencing with my throat recently.

To start from today, I noticed after rubbing my tongue on the back of my throat and especially on soft palate, a little bit soft feeling in one small spot. Then I looked into it in the mirror and noticed a small redness.

When I push it with my tongue it doesn't hurt at all and I don't have common cold symptoms at all.

Since morning I feel like it improved a little bit and became less red.

However it's something I kind of experience every now and then, for example 2 weeks ago I noticed something similar which also caused a little pain when pushing with tongue and swallowing, not intense symptoms though and also no fever or other issues. It improved after 2 days and I was feeling well. That actually happened a day after I ate ice cream.

Now it's similar situation, some little irritation in looks sort of thing.

Do you think I'm overreacting and noticing all the small details?

Like is it common in every people to have such an every day irritation for a number of reasons in our throats?

Or is it a chronic, allergy sort of thing?

I can post a picture if you need.

Any support or advice is greatly appreciated!

It may be just a common mouth ulcer which can sometimes arrive out of the blue and produce a crop of ulcers. Then they all heal up and disappear. If they heal rapidly and you feel well then dont worry.

    A photo might help.
