Throat Scratching For 18 Months

Hiya

I'll try my best to keep this short but informative.

I'd like some help on an issue I've had for about 18 months which is affecting the left side of my throat on the inside and is about an inch to the side of my Adams apple.

The issue is that it always feels like there's some phlegm lodged there and any amount of throat clearing (or avoiding throat cleating) does nothing to shift it.

The problem is made worse by talking and also causes a scratching feeling on the left side which gets worse the more I talk.

In the morning it's like it never existed and slowly gets worse throughout the day.

I've seen around 6 different ENTs and had about 14 different endoscopys, laryngoscopies and stroboscopies and every one of them has come back clear. The only thing they found was a tiny bit of damage caused by acid around 14 months ago which is no longer there even though the problem is.

Anyway... I'm totally out of ideas and it looks like I may have to live with this issue for the rest of my life ... Assuming it's nothing serious which I've been told it isn't.

Anyone had this issue or know what it could be?

Cheers
