THROAT TIGHTNESS AND BURPING

hi i am a male 27 from India.
about 2 yrs ago i started to have symptoms of throat tightness.swallowing difficulty,...it all started after i started to lift weights..i stayed at home unemployed and fat when this problem started.for 2 months i was depressed.then my doctor suggested anti reflux ppi and in 3 days i was symptom free.
i enjoyed life for two years and now again and i am having same symptoms....may be its hiatal hernia?!

i still hv this throat tightening.may be due to gas and acidity.today i ate buiscuits after that my symptoms increased.i have bought pantaprazole.let me see if i can eat dinner or not!

today again yhroat tightness in mornig after eating bread..oh god why did i eat this bread...let me see what happens.right now in office.throat felt stuffed with bread...

Mild pain in throat while swlalowing...actually ate a lot of fried food these 3 months.maybe its start of another problem..already lost a lot of weight

After 12th of june i ate a lot of fried stuff samosas tikkis everyday..now it is coming to haunt me..throat tightness relieved by burping and saliva also mouth ulcers..lets think abiut without leaving tea
