Thrush or vaginitis or urethritis ?

help! the inside of my vagina has become extra narrow due to a bulge behind my urethra now my urethra is swollen , red and has slight discharge. my whole vagina is red and swollen. not STD so what is it ? no symptoms or anything. image

    image your urethral opening is not inside your vagina if u are a virgin it mabe the hymen thats tight its like a protective barrier over the opening when u have sex it breaks vaginal discharge is normal and every woman has it if theres no smell or thick cheese like discharge then its considered normal it can change through your cycle so.it goes from clear to sticky to white etc as long as its not a different color like yeallow or green or thick white and chunky then its normal u can still get vaginal infections such as thrush which causes itching and swelling etc also u can get bacterial infection such as bv u should visit your doctor so they can do an internal examination to see if the vaginal opening is normal and to check u dont have an infection there
