Thrush / Yeast infection won’t go away with antifungals, what do I do?

So about a month ago I noticed a small lump just below the head of my penis and it was whitish, it was so small I didn’t think anything of it but now it has spread and it keeps spreading. I’ve tried so many different things but nothing seems to work. 

Ive tried Clotrimazole (Cream), Miconazole (Cream), Ketoconazole (Shampoo), Fluconazole (Pill), Coconut oil. So maybe it isn’t a yeast infection? It doesn’t itch all the time but it is spreading and sometimes it gets a little itchy for a couple of minutes. 

Maybe i need more than one Fluconazole pill? I really don’t know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
