Hi! Wonder why my thumb is still in pain. Y doctor wants me wear this splint for 2 weeks. Right now I am one one week of wearing this. Still no improvement. I cannot get cortisone shot because of side effect that I have diabetes. Should I wait for full two weeks or find different doctor for 2nd opinion? My thumb still in pain
