Thumping in my ear and head

Hi
I have been experiencing thumping in my left ear like I can hear my heart beat perfectly clear. At times my whole head thumps. My ears feel blocked sometimes also. I'm 36 years old. I seen an ENT specialist and he said my hearing was good and he wasn't worried about the thumping. I worried. It's very annoying and freaks me out. Anyone else have this?? Any natural remedies to get rid of the thumping. I have an MRI scheduled for
December to ease my mind. Don't think I can wait any longer. Anyone have the same symptoms and knows a cure ?

I have the same as a rsult of an ear infection and barotrauma in the philippines recently. I have endured this for a month now, and am ready to lose my mind ! my MRI should fluid in themastoid, which is not good ! All treatment so far has failed, and I am afraid it will be a permanent part of my life ! I feel your pain! This thing may waer me down and outlast me !

I've also heard my heart beat clearly and was told by a heart specialist this was normal and as long as your heart is beating that's good really so there's no need to worry! I've ongoing problems with earwax which I try to remove with olive oil drops but this doesn't always work so I have to be referred to a ENT specialist to have the wax removed which is inconvenient and a nuisance for me.

My ears are cleaned. This is not a joke. I can't see it being normal the symptoms I have that I never had before
