Thunderclap headache

I have suffered with health anxiety all of my life and recently have just experienced what feels like a thunderclap headache. a very intense severe headache going across my forehead the last for just a few minutes and was so intense I had to hold my head. was going to go to the ER but it suddenly stopped. I am trying to stay out of the ER as much as possible and don't have any other symptoms I'm wondering if anybody has experienced these types of headaches that were benign. I was drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana which might have contributed but not sure and just need somebody to talk to

    has either of your pupils dilated and doesnt react to light? droopy eye? blurred or double vision being or feeling sick? if you have any of those symptoms then i would go and get checked sudden intense headaches would also need to be looked at

    I hope you recovered well from the headache.

    I'm sure you already know, but just wanted to mention how bad alcohol and marijuana are for anxiety, they might seem as if they help but they really don't, they make it 10000 times worse
