MY TSH LEVELS ARE 4.530 BUT MY T3 FREE 3.2 AND T4FREE IS 1.08

IM IRRITABLE,EXHAUSTED,FOGGY HEADED AND FEELS LIKE I HAVE SOMETHING IN MY THROAT ALSO DEPRESSION AND JITTERY PLEASE HELP

    A FT3 of 3.2 is not optimal it's on the lower end of normal. If you're in the UK it's even worse. Your TSH is too high. Have you had an ultrasound recently? Read up on NAC and Glutathione. Increasing Glutathione levels can also lower thyroid antibodies if you have them. Antibodies attacking your thyroid can make you jittery if they cause thyroid hormones to be released. We need to know more about your meds and other health matters and how your doctor is managing your condition. Many people with hypothyroidism are low in dopamine and serotonin. which is a big issue and sometimes thyroid meds cannot help enough to get rid of the depression and anxiety. Very complex. Even taking too much methylfolate can deplete serotonin.
