Thyroid,Random Blood Sugar, and Hemoglobin during pregnancy

Hello. I am Tanaya, 29 of years weight 66kgs height 5'4" . I miscarried in 2017 during 9-10 weeks. Recently i am positive with my pregnancy. Its been 9weeks 4 days . I had a ultrasound last week it showed normal. Doctor asked me to come with some routine blood checkups. My Thyroid level is -2.2 mIU/ml , Random Blood Sugar- 127 , Hemoglobin-11.96 . I am having cramp or pain in my lower abdomens sometimes in upper abdomen. I want to know if my reports are normal or not ? And how to deal with cramp and is this serous ?
