Thyroid symptoms

Can someone please help me out here? I’ve hsd the following symptoms for at least a year: 

Weight GAIN (but very slow. Cannot lose the weight.) 

Prematurely grey (I’m only 21) 

Swollen lymph nodes on the left side of my neck 

Fast heart rate 122 bpm as of June 28, 2018

Fatigue (I can sleep 8 hours and take a 5 hr nap throughout the day) 

And a lump in my throat

    Hi marissa38891, is that your resting heart rate? Did you consult a physician? To confirm a thyroid disorder you will need a blood test called thyroid function test. They measure the free levels of the thyroid hormones FT3, FT4, and the thyroid stimulating hormone TSH.

      Yes, that is my resting heart rate. I've consulted my physician about it when it first started happening and he tested me for Lyme... I asked to have my thyroid levels checked out but he felt it wasn't necessary. I'm bringing it up to my OB at my next appointment. I'm chalking up fatigue to my pregnancy but the heart rate and all the other symptoms I'm having is not related to it. Thanks for replying. smile
