Thyroid Test Results

Hi, I have had my thyroid test results, and the Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies are High at

41.9 IU/mL

Everything else is in normal range.

TSH - 2.8

THYROXINE (T4 FREE DIRECT) - 17.1 pmol/L

Triiodothyronine (T3, free) - 6.08 pmol/L

Thyroglobulin Antibodies - 15.1 IU/mL

I did the test as thyroid problems run in my family. Recently i've gained so much weight and i'm so sluggish and tired, trembly, swollen stomach, foggy brain. I'm wondering if it could be hashimotos or do you think the other results would also be off.
