Hi, I'm in my early 50'stages, I had a subarachnoid haemorrhage in 2012, not long after, I started taking hrt (tablets). I found that the meds weren't effective, at all, so I asked about changing to something stronger. The dr I asked said that any hrt, after a subarach. was much more likely to cause health issues.

Basically, I've chosen to go cold turkey and see if I can claw my way through menopause without hormone replacement... I REALLY don't want to end up back in hospital.
