    Hi Kim

I think fluid retention is a side effect of Livial unfortunately. Always have to weigh up the pros and cons hey. What were prepared to put up with to gain the benefits.

Hi Kim, I am so pleased to see this (even though it is not good). I have had so many problems with endometriosis and hospitals/gynae consultants. The first one I had failed to perform a hysterectomy as she did not think my condition was so bad (frozen pelvis, 11cm cyst on an ovary, bowel adhered to womb) She then thought it was ok to discharge me from her care on Norethisterone. 18 months later I am needing an emergency bowel resection due to endo. I am now under a new gynae who put me on Prostap (which I was briefly on for 6 months after op) and Livial / Tibolone. (Whilst in hospital I was put on BP meds) Since then, whilst on add back I have steadily put on weight sad, which I blame on add back. I am seriously thinking of having a break. My BP recently shot up to 200/110 and I have had to have my BP meds increased too. Seeing my doc mid September for med review. Going to have a chat, the pain is nothing is flagged up on med leaflet to prove this sad
