Ticklish feeling in chest and bottom of throat?

This morning I woke up with fluttering in my chest and throat. It tickles but it also feels like I can’t get a full breath. I have health anxiety so I’m wondering if that’s the culprit or if it’s something more serious. Anyone have this before?

I'm thinking it's just a really sudden adrenaline rush lol. I've been to the cardiologist & had 4ekgs, 3 chestxrays, bloodtests, a holter monitor, a stress test, & an echocardiogram. Nothing was found besides skipped beats which was probably caused by anxiety. It's harmless. See a cardiologist or doctor to make sure but I seriously doubt it's anything serious.

I know how you feel though. I'll get short of breath, nauseous, chest pains etc. It's horrible. But it's just your mind thinking your in danger & when your not, it has a tendency to get worse or remain because your not really in danger. It's stupid but don't worry bout. Just eat right. My doctor just told me to drink water. I was given the lowest dose of propanolol but im not taking it lol. Just let it run its course & calm down your fine
