I'm not a doctor but it certainly sounds like anxiety. Glad all your test came back normal. I don't know what meds you recently stopped taking.Did you C/T or did you do a slow taper.? You could be I protected withdrawel , but like I said I'm not a doctor. Have you talked to your doctor about this? It the mean time breathing exercises should bring some relief. You not alone I have severe anxiety and depression and I'm on meds and still not feeling better. I hope another member will be able to give you the support you are asking for. Take care

Thank you very Much. That helped me a little. It helped me realize that it actually is anxiety nothing else.

I have as well chest tightness some nights. I feel that I can't breath properly. I have checked my SPO2 several times and it is not lower than 97% even when I had those symptoms. My heart rate and breath rate is normal, blood pressure normal. My physical condition is excelent, I am not getting tired or having chest pain or chest tightness when I make effort at all, I feel much better when I swimming or running or beeing active. During the night, it is a different story.

Actualy, those symptoms are taking place Sunday night only in the last 10 months. I have tried to find out what happen to me and why Sunday night only but I have no answer so far. Maybe I am allergic to something and because I spend more time at home Sa and Su ...I don't know.

I assume it is anxiety as well.

    Wiss u all the best

This does sound like anxiety and could be breakthrough anxiety after stopping the medication.

Maybe you were not ready to stop at that time.

But thée are coping tools that can help you get back on track...

    Good luck xx
