Tight foreskin

I'm 20, and have had very tight foreskin for as long as I can remember. I can pull it back flaccid but when effect not a chance.
My sex life is good, I've never really had any problem in terms of pain when having sex but what I'm worried about is am I losing a lot of the sensation you feel during sex because I can't retract my foreskin? I've spoke to a Gynecologist and he said I can get a operation to make 3 slits to loosen the foreskin, if that fails I'd have to get circumcised but that isn't an option for me, he even said himself he's never get circumcised at all, hence the reason why I haven't had the operarion.

It depends on how tight it is. If stretching and steroid creams don't work, then personally, I'd try surgery, though some men choose to live with phimosis. I just don't see how sex could be as good if your inner foreskin and corona don't get exposed. Phimosis is also a risk factor for penile cancer, which is something you really really don't want. I'd definitely try preputioplasty (or possibly even a dorsal slit) before a circumcision though.
Since it sounds like the urologist isn't a fan of circumcision, but has suggested preputioplasty, and warned you that it might not work, you probably have fairly severe phimosis. Did you already try a steroid cream though?

My foreskin is tight the doctor said that to, but flaccid I can pull it past the head easily, I wash it everyday so I can't see penile cancer been a issue.
This is why I want the problem solved because I'm not feeling anything, blowjobs is the worst I never feel a thing and it's not good but the only reason I don't want to go ahead with the operation, is because the doctor said himself if preputioplasty fails I'd have no other choice but to get circumcised. I've read a lot on circumcision that it takes alot of the sensititvy away from sex so it would be worse I think and the doctor saying he wouldn't get it done himself questions it even more.
I actually haven't used steroid cream in years I did as a kid but If that was a option I'm sure the doctor would of said so, I will upload pictures tomorrow.

If you can retract when soft, then I'm surprised that surgery is being considered. I'd certainly want to try gentle stretching and steroid creams first. Maybe there's a reason your urologist hasn't suggested that, but I'd ask him.
