Tight foreskin and/or balanitis?

Hello, I made this account today because I have a problem with the head of the penis and I'm really embarrassed to tell anyone. I'm 15 years old, turning 16 this march. My parents have never taught me how to properly clean my penis and I have always thought that it is natural to hurt when i pull the foreskin behind the glans, and that it's perfectly normal for the skin of the glans to hurt when being touched. Recently, I have learned that it isn't normal and I'm not quite sure how to treat this...
The foreskin is tight, therefore it hurts when i pull it, what should i do to stretch the foreskin naturally and how should i treat the pain of the skin of the glans when being touched?
From what i have searched this condition(?) is called balanitis and phimosis.
Any help would be appreciated!!! 😄

(By naturally, I mean how to treat this WITHOUT having to go to the doctor and tell my parents 😕 )

ideally u should go to a doctors to check as some fungal infections and other issues can cause balantitis which can lead to phimosis is left untreated it depends on wat has caused it in the first place sometimes doctors prescribe steriod cream or antifungal treatments etc to help if phimosis is severe circumcision is sometimes the only option

More than likely all you have is a slightly tight foreskin. The skin on the glans can appear to hurt but this feeling will subside once your glans is more used to being exposed.
So yes, balanitis is a condition but unless you have been sexually active, and/or you never wash your penis it is unlikely that you have balanitis.
There is an excellent description of how to do stretches, but as we are not able to post external web site links on here you will need to use these search terms:
.
.... start stretches real easy and build on the amount you do, and the period of time you hold the stretch over a period of months, rather than days or even weeks ......

Thanks for the reply!
I am able to pull the foreskin back behind the head, but with little pain.
The skin of the glans is very sensitive when being touched and it's very uncomfortable.
I've started doing the exercises that you've suggested, and already the foreskin is more 'comfortable' and not as tight when being pulled back!
Again, thanks for the help!
