Tight foreskin, string in the middle attached to my skin, please help!

I'm 20 years old and I'm getting emotionally upset about my penis tight foreskin, I don't know what stretching exercises to undertake in my situation. The images below are my penis when soft. I'm really worried when I get a girlfriend because I don't know what she will say when she see's my penis.

    Hi kieran, the first thing to remember is that it is not important what your penis looks like to a woman, it is your personality that counts to them, they want to know whether it is worth-while spending time with you.

    Now for the stretches:  you can Google the following terms > Tight Foreskin > Stretches > Phimosis > Stretching Exercises

    Look for the ones that make most sense to you - often images of what to do when doing the stretching give the whole process greater meaning.  HERE is some basic information from another reply I have just given to someone else >>>>>>>

    the best times to do this is when you are taking a shower, or directly after a warm / hot shower.  Eventually it will free-itself and even-up and appear evenly exposed from all-angles, too.  The thing not to do is 'go for broke' and try to bust-open {YOUR penile} adhesions.

      With stretching, gently to start with, then, over a period of months, begin to use SLIGHTLY more pressure.  Draw the foreskin as far forward as it will go, both flaccid and erect, you can do this for a minute or 2.  Then, like a training program, add another minute the following week.  Give your penis a break by giving it a rest day every 3rd day, or so.  You need to be more careful with the pressure you apply when erect - as this is when damage can occur.  Once you are happy that you know how to prevent damage to your penile skin, and, after 5 to 6 months of progressive stretching, draw the skin of the penis towards the body when you are erect.  Again, start with gentle pressure - then, after a 2 or 3 months of NO damage issues, start to build the pressure you use drawing the skin of the penis towards the body.  Good Luck ..... (ohh, and if you ever do damage your penile skin, use an anti-septic cream and lay off all stretching for a week or 2, until complete healing has occurred ..... !) <<<<<<<

    Tight foreskins are really common and there's no need to worry about the appearence of your penis as it looks really nice. Perhaps you worry too much about it without reason.
