The forskin around my glanus is tight especialy when errect is there any solution besides circumcision. I have tried stretching exercise and am able to move my forskin when flaccid . I believe my fernulum is too short hence not allowing the complete widrowal of my forskin when errect

You may need some specific creams from a doctor to help your stretcing. Some guys have a short frenulum and it requires minor slits done by a surgeon to release the prepuce. Full circumcision is not needed, so don't let anyone deprive you of a rich source of pleasure from the thousands of pleasure nerve endings you have in your foreskin!

    Hi rajive87823

    I have same problem.

Been given as cream prescribed by Dr.

Going to clinic tomorrow for an assessment.

Don't want to wait three weeks to see it would move easier.

They said they may refer to to Hospital to sort it out.

Either circumcision or a op to release it,

I hope you don't consent to full circumcision. There are doctors who can do a much less drastice procedure.

Though as Pepssssn has said it doesn't necessarily mean full circumcision.

If you can fully retract when soft, then you probably don't need circumcision.  If stretching hasn't worked, then a steroid cream with your doctor might help.  If surgery is really required, then preputioplasty or a dorsal slit would be less invasive alternatives to circumcision.

If you have "frenulum breve", then frenuloplasty might be recommended.

You can, but in some browsers, the icon to upload an image doesn't appear unless you choose the desktop/PC option in the browser.

So is surgicaly cutting my frenulum the only solution

      Certainly not!

Try stretching using methods you can find on the internet, or with a doctor's advice. Circumcision should be your absolute last resort and only if blood supply is constricted by your foreskin problem.

No.  Stretching and/or a steroid cream might work.  If you're very young, say under 21, then it might just fix itself.  It's hard to tell without seeing a picture though.

Sorry if I sounded bossy in my last response,I misread that you were talking about cutting your frenulum and not the whole foreskin. Even so, we uncut men all have a frenulum which encourages the foreskin to return forward when flaccid, so it isn't just an unnecessary addition, and serves a prupose. Mine doesn't prevent pulling back mye foreskin fully whether my penis is soft or hard and doesn't hurt because it kind of pulls down on the glans which allows some 'give'.

To my understanding, surgery means cutting. So surgery doesn't stretch it. However, there is a surgery whcih frees up the frenulum by making zig zag slits.
