Tight Frenulum

Hi i'm 28 and i'm uncircumcised. I haven't really had issues with more foreskin, however i do notice when i have sexual activity the frenulum starts to hurt a bit and sometimes feels like it could tear. Especially when i'm fully erect it kind of pulls to the left side of my penis head and is really tight. I have had it go quite red before and i'm wondering if this is something i should be concerned about?

You may find your limits & be able to continue life within those limits. Otherwise there is a surgery to release the frenulum by cutting it.

You will have to be careful to avoid tearing (esp intercourse). Usually if they start to tare, they keep doing it. Maybe this is a 'natural solution' for you, but it will hurt for a month at least if so.

      All good Paul,

See how you go. Sometimes these things are are only a big deal if you let them be.

Hi yes it could be a problem and it is obviously concerning you, so you should have it checked and if needed you could have a frenuloplasty which would release the frenulum and make it much more comfortable and less worry for you.

Thanks for your advice. If i have any more issues with it i will go get it checked. I'd just rather not get surgery or go to the doctor if possible.
