Is this all over or one particular spot? I have had such weird sensations in my body for months now. I recently had my hormones tested and my estrogen level was almost zero. My gyno said that he has more estrogen in his body than I do, as an normal estrogen level for a man is 10. I have had prickly skin on my legs that hits in the evening, and my arms have tingled from the shoulder to the fingers during the day for the last 5 months. I have recently started bioidentical estradiol/estriol cream a few weeks ago and I feel like a different person. It has helped tremendously.

hi
thank you for your reply. mostly my arms. I get it on my legs but not as bad. I am not 16 months with no period and thought I would start to feel better. I've had this symptom for nearly four years. it's always there but the intensity changes from day to day. my drs have said its menopause. I have had times where I hardly notice it. I actually thought last month it had gone but it come back. I'm so disappointed. I was going to try accupunture but because of covid my appointments keep getting cancelled. I cant wear anything tight ad this makes it worse.
