Tight Throat and not breathing normally

For the past two months my throat has been tight or something feels like it is in it not sure sometimes. This also makes my mouth feel dry because I feel a constant need to swallow. my mouth isn't dry but it has that feeling. Finally, I feel almost an uncontrollable urge to suck do different things to gather saliva in my mouth. Usually this is me sucking the inside of my lip to my teeth. This is like a constant thing and almost sometimes feels like a pre-requisite to breathing. At times I refuse to do this I will cough violently the same cough before you start vomiting. Breathing normally through my nose also feels as if it dries out my throat.

Finally, I burp a lot and have some amount of acid reflux. Not sure where else to put this.
