Hi everyone. Ive been following a certain discussion and it turned nasty so I'm going to add a few things.
1. Can we all play nice.
2. Don't throw the f bomb
3. Your opinion is appreciated but dont expect me to accept it.
4. Don't put me down for going my own way.
5. We are all here for support, advice , dont be mean.

I agree 100% ..we need positivity. We also need good stories and experiences from people whether they have reached the dose for them or from people who have weaned off with success. I think people tend to stop posting when they feel better. We also really don't need to hear about drug politics to be honest ..I don't think it is helpful in this environment at all.
